Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS: Paraprofessionals who assist in classroom instruction must meet the following qualifications: • Pass Aide Proficiency Test, OR • Complete two years of higher education, OR • Obtain an Associate’s degree or higher, OR • Pass a formal state or local academic assessment that demonstrates knowledge of and the ability to assist in teaching reading, writing, and mathematics or reading writing and mathematics readiness. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS • Letter(s) of Recommendation • Resume
