Trivium Charter School, a Personalized Learning Public Charter School, is accepting applications for part-time substitute teaching positions for the 2026-2027 school year. We are looking for dynamic, engaging teachers who are interested in working in a collaborative environment where hands-on, project-based learning is emphasized and encouraged! Teachers must be comfortable learning new technology and adapting to different student’s curricula and learning styles. Our academic program is highly successful and we are growing!
We are hiring a part-time multiple or single subject credentialed teacher. Candidates with preliminary and cleared credentials will be considered.
To be considered, a candidate must be willing to be in-person Wednesdays and Fridays on campus in Lompoc, CA.
The substitute would teach students in any range of K-12.
Our pay is extremely competitive. We use a performance rating system so you can jump up in pay quickly each year if your performance is great.
