Job Summary
Job Summary
The Program Coordinator-Student Wellness provides leadership and oversight of student support services within the Student Support Department, including psychological services, speech and language services, mental health and crisis prevention, nursing services, and the special education intake process. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and continuous improvement of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), behavioral and social-emotional supports, and compliant special education practices. The Program Coordinator works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen systems, build staff capacity, and improve student outcomes across general and special education settings. The work location for this position is designated by the supervisor and the job description to include in-person and virtual settings as needed by the School. The selected candidate must be licensed and reside in California.
Requirements / Qualifications
Qualifications • Five years of experience in a school setting • Experience providing leadership or supervision within a student support or special education department • Experience overseeing or supporting multiple service areas (e.g., mental health, speech, nursing) • Experience facilitating complex meetings and conflict resolution • Experience developing and delivering professional development • Systems thinking and program leadership • Collaboration and team leadership • Work with students from Transitional Kindergarten through ATP
Education • Possess a valid California PPS Credential for School Psychologists preferred • Possess a valid California credential for any certificated position, including EL Authorization where appropriate, and meet all applicable credentialing requirements, or a relevant professional license • Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university Required Documents:

- Pupil Personnel Services Credential - School Psychology (Preferred)
