BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Director of Child Nutrition Services, the Child Nutrition Services Manager oversees the daily operations of the Child Nutrition Services Department primarily dedicated to scratch cooking; coordinate, manage, and monitor new operations and program changes; communicate policies, procedures and regulations; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.
