SAN DIEGO WORKFORCE INNOVATION HIGH SCHOOL Full-Time, Monday - Friday; 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. This position provides support to various school sites within the region, including City Heights, Chula Vista, El Cajon, Escondido, Lake Elsinore, Lakeside, Lemon Grove, Moreno Valley, Murrieta, National City, and Vista. Learn more about us at https://learn4life.org/ How You Will Make an Impact Under the direction of the Director of Special Education, the School Nurse will provide comprehensive health management for the assessment, evaluation, maintenance, and improvement of health services and health education to promote health and well-being, academic achievement and holistic development for the District’s students and school personnel.
Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. California (CA) Registered Nurse (RN) License School Nurse Credential (may be obtained once employed). Current Healthcare Provider CPR and First Aid Certification. Audiometry Certificate (mandatory within 1 year from date of hire). Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and standard office equipment. TRAVEL: Ability to travel in performance of job duties is required
