Job Summary
CTE Electrical instructor to teach on SACA-aligned Electrical Systems program covering AC/DC fundamentals, relay controls, PLC programming, and electrical wiring through a blended model of 50% instructor-led online learning and 50% hands-on training with Amatrol equipment. Instructor should be familiar with SACA industry certifications, circuit analysis, automation systems, control logic, panel wiring, and electro-pneumatic applications.
Requirements / Qualifications
Valid Designated Subjects in one of the following: - CTE Credential: Building and Construction Trades** (Residential and Commercial Construction) AND/OR - CTE Credential: Engineering and Architecture** (Mechanical / Electrical Drafting) AND/OR - CTE Credential: Energy, Environment, and Utilities** **At least three (3) years of recent Electrical Industry experience (required to obtain CTE credential) See the CTC website for information on obtaining a CTE credential: https://www.ctc.ca.gov/credentials/leaflets/cl-888/ WORK SHIFT: Monday and Wednesday evenings, 5:30 p.m. - 8 p.m., pending student enrollment.
