Job Summary

Impacter Pathway (www.impacterpathway.com) is a skills measurement platform partnering with the Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE) and California's Behavioral Health Commission on a $9M statewide initiative to build behavioral health performance management infrastructure across six Local Educational Agencies and 18+ schools. We are hiring a Coordinator to operationalize this work in the field, alongside our Head of Whole Child Systems (a former CA SELPA Executive Director). This is a CA K-12 role for a CA K-12 leader. If you've run MTSS, behavioral health, or wellness systems inside a district, COE, or SELPA — and you're ready to take what you've built to the state level — this is the seat.

Requirements / Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years of CA K-12 experience in a district, County Office of Education, SELPA, or community-based organization serving schools. * Letter of Introduction (1–2 pages) describing your CA K-12 experience in MTSS, behavioral health, and wellness systems. * Current Resume / CV. * Three (3) Letters of Recommendation, dated within the last three years, from supervisors who can speak to your BH management work. * Demonstrated working knowledge of MTSS, behavioral health systems, and California's Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI). * Familiarity with the CYBHI fee schedule, Medi-Cal LEA Billing Option Program, and/or CPT 96127 billing infrastructure. * Direct experience leading or supporting school-based wellness, behavioral health, or special education initiatives. * Willingness to travel within California.
