With 14 years of experience, RJA currently operates five school sites serving over 2,000 TK – 12 students and is developing plans to expand operations in the Inland Empire and other regions of California. Job Summary

Job Purpose  Under the direction of the site administrator, the Resident Substitute Teacher provides consistent, on-site classroom coverage and supports continuity of learning and student engagement across the campus.  Resident Substitutes support both planned and day-to-day absences, including coverage for  IEP meetings and other scheduled needs, and help maintain clear expectations and routines for learners. They also serve as an ambassador for substitute teachers, acting as a point of contact to help substitutes feel welcomed, oriented, and prepared for the day.
