Job Summary
TRCS is looking for a qualified Behavior Technician from 7:40AM-11:40AM Monday through Friday, this is a temporary position. Essential Duties may include but are not limited to: *Works one-on-one with students to affect behavior changes *Evaluate student's needs *Provide Interventions to redirect behavior and implement their Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) *Assess crisis situations *Defuse situations using conflict resolution and crisis management techniques *Reinforce appropriate behaviors *Redirect negative behaviors *Other duties as assigned by school administration About the Employer Twin Rivers Charter School, TRCS, is a TK-8 independent Charter School serving around 500 students in Yuba City.
