Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Office of the Assistant Superintendent; plan, organize, control, and direct the operations and activities of the Migrant Education Program including grant applications, personnel, budget, curriculum, grants, and interagency collaboration; provide administrative leadership; foster meaningful connections with Migrant families and support the development of parent agency through the Migrant Parent Advisory Council; develop, implement, maintain and evaluate programs to ensure student success; implement and evaluate program objectives, goals, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines and regulations; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.

Requirements / Qualifications

Please include: Current Resume Letter of Introduction 3 letters of reference- 1 from a current supervisor Copies of both your CA teaching credential and CA Admin Credential - OR equivalent Ability to speak Spanish is required

Licenses and Certificates: Requires a California Administrative Credential and a current CA teaching credential Possess a California teaching and/or Pupil Personnel Service and administrative credential. Bilingual in English/Spanish. Demonstrate knowledge in school finance, curriculum, bilingual education, and migrant education.
