Job Summary

Job Summary

An Extended School Year (ESY) Teacher provides specialized instruction during the summer session to support young learners in maintaining critical developmental and academic skills outlined in their IEPs. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons; implementing individualized supports and accommodations; collaborating with related service providers and support staff; monitoring student progress; and maintaining accurate documentation. The ESY Preschool Teacher helps ensure continuity of services and prevents regression of essential early learning and social-emotional skills. Position is 4 hours a day, 5 days a week from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. Dates are 06/08/2026 - 07/06/26 with no school on 6/19 and 7/3.

We operate five K-5 neighborhood elementary schools (three with TK), one K-8 school, and one 6-8 intermediate school.
