The Restorative Practices Coordinator at WLCCMS supports the implementation of schoolwide culture and behavior systems through restorative practices, student intervention, and relationship-building strategies. Working closely with the Assistant Principal, this role focuses on Tier 1 and Tier 2 supports to improve student behavior, reduce repeat incidents, and strengthen overall school climate.
