Job Summary
The Instructional Specialist supports the improvement of teaching and learning at WLCCMS by providing coaching, modeling, and data-driven instructional support to teachers. Working closely with the Assistant Principal, this role focuses on strengthening Tier 1 instruction, increasing student achievement, and ensuring alignment to standards and schoolwide goals.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required Valid California Teaching Credential preferred 3+ years of successful teaching experience Experience with instructional coaching or leadership preferred
