1. Resume 2. Letter of Introduction 3. Current Letters of Reference - two required for this position A negative TB Test and Live Scan are required. Online Coaching Certificates: 1. Heat Illness Prevention Course (completed each school year/season) 2. Concussion in Sports Course (completed each school year/season) 3. CPR/First Aid Certification (every 4 years) 4. Fundamentals of Coaching View Course (one-time requirement) 5. Sudden Cardiac Arrest View Course (completed each school year/season)
