The High School/AP Science Teacher develops and delivers engaging Science curriculum; prepares lesson plans and laboratory experiences; assesses student performance; maintains grade and attendance records; communicates regularly with students and parents; maintains classroom discipline; participates in department meetings, school events, and extra-duty assignments; attends overnight trips as assigned; and performs additional duties as directed by administration. The position requires strong organizational skills, collaboration with colleagues, effective communication, and a commitment to integrating faith and learning consistent with the mission of Village Christian School. This is a full-time, exempt position. Compensation ranges from $45,000 – $70,000 annually and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
