Under the general direction of the Superintendent/Principal or his/her designee, responsible for driving a school bus over designated routes for the purpose of transporting students and others to and from school, program sites, and on special trips
Requirements / Qualifications
GUESD Classified Job Application Cover letter Three letters of reference DMV pull notice (ten years) CA Driver's License and proof of insurance
Position requires a Class A or B with Bus Driver Certification and passenger endorsement or the ability to obtain within 6 months of employment. Inability to obtain will disqualify candidates. The district will pay for all driver training expenses.

This position will start immediately to allow time to obtain any needed certifications and begin training in preparation for driving during the 2026–2027 school year.
Schedule
Mon, Tue, Thur, and Fri--6:50 a.m. to 7:50 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.
Wednesday--6:50 a.m to 7:50 a.m. and 12:55 p.m. to 1:55 p.m.
