Job Summary
Assist the Child Development Administrator in overseeing and administrating the Child Development budgets. Provide specialized technical assistance to help program staff implement state rules and regulations regarding the various Child Development budgets. Provide overall direction and guidance to the Child Development staff processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing services, journal entries, attendance accounting, developing budgets, and financial projections. The Fiscal Manager monitors the Child Development budgets and assists the Child Development Administrator with budget changes and prepares financial reports to the state. He/she performs a variety of special projects with fiscal impact. Anticipated start date: June 8, 2026. Bachelors degree and/or experience in accounting, business, finance, and/or office management preferred.
