The Dinuba Unified School District Math Teacher is under the direction of the Site Principal. The junior high school Math teacher is responsible for planning and supervising the work of assigned classified, student personnel, or volunteers. As part of a junior high school teaching assignment, the math teacher teaches one or more classes of mathematics to pupils in grades 7 & 8, and assists in other school programs as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications

POSITION AVAILABLE: 9-12 MATHEMATICS TEACHER – DINUBA HIGH SCHOOL- POOL QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Possess valid California teaching credential in the field of instruction. 2. Appropriate documentation authorizing instruction to English language learners. 3. A minimum of three years of successful classroom teaching experience, preferably at the 9-12 grade level; 4. Knowledge of the elements of effective instruction, curriculum concepts and materials pertinent to the 9-12 grade level;

APPLICATION PROCEDURE: A certificated application packet must include: 1. Certificated application 2. Letter of interest. 3. Resume. 4. Three current letters of reference are required. This must include two letters from a current or former supervisor and one letter from a colleague, coworker, or personal reference. 5. Copies of ALL transcript(s) and or Credential (undergraduate and postgraduate) 6. A Certificate of Eligibility letter issued by your current credential program
