The Athletic Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the athletic program including the scheduling, compliance, equipment, and supervision of personnel. This position will be provided time during the day for administrative duties but may be required to teach two or more PE classes. Must be available evenings and weekends. Edjoin application Resume Three (3) letters of recommendation Valid California Physical Education Credential Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record Valid First Aid/AED/CPR card Ability to provide a negative TB Risk Assessment or test result by first day of employment Ability to complete a background and DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance Ability to Speak English and Spanish preferred - but not required
The ideal candidate for this position will have a valid California physical education credential and at least 2-3 years of coaching experience. The candidate must be willing to work additional days in the summer in June/July (for additional pay) and willing to work evenings/weekends as needed. Placement on the Teacher Salary Schedule will be based on years of experience plus post-Bachelor credits. This position will also be compensated with a $15,000 stipend.
