Job Summary
Estancia High School is seeking a qualified coach to assist with the Percussion and Drumline team. A dedicated coach would provide focused instruction that supports the band program. This coaching position focuses on guiding and supporting students in developing advanced musical and performance skills which includes providing specialized technical instruction in marching percussion, concert percussion, rhythmic literacy, and ensemble performance. This coach would provide a safe, welcoming, and structured environment for all students.
Requirements / Qualifications
- High School Graduate - 1-2 years of coaching experience - Time Management - Organizational Skills
