Job Summary

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this position is to coach, advise, supervise, and care for student-athletes. This position is for the Fall season and will work in partnership with the varsity head coach to ensure alignment with the direction and philosophy of the girls volleyball program.

Requirements / Qualifications

Qualifications (minimum requirements) • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred • 2+ years of volleyball coaching experience preferred • Collegiate level athlete or higher preferred • Current involvement in coaching club volleyball is preferred

Preferred Skills The School seeks to hire someone who takes initiative and responsibility for developing, nurturing, and growing our volleyball programs. A strong candidate will be extremely organized and will have the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments. Additionally, the Coach should be prepared to work on a high-performing team and have demonstrated the ability to maintain a positive attitude in all situations. The Coach should also be able to communicate effectively with all school constituents and display strong, positive interpersonal skills. Work Schedule Monday-Friday; 2-hour block within 3:30 PM-7:30 PM time frame. (some weekends and extended hours may be required)
