We have had several new team members start in the past few months and we already have a need for more! Radiant Kids Therapy currently has 5 more openings for excellent Speech-Language Pathologists to add to our incredible SLP team. We are looking for SLPs both for the upcoming school year (2026-2027). We are currently hiring for positions throughout both San Diego County and Riverside County, and we work with you to find a position within a suitable driving distance for you. We have both full-time and part-time options. We are looking for a great Speech-Language Pathologist who: loves kids, is professional, energetic, exudes kindness, encourages others on our team, is great at what they do and strives to continually learn and grow as a therapist. Being part of a young company (we got our start in 2018) also means great opportunities and potential for career growth! One of many advantages to working with us (compared with working directly for a school district) is higher compensation and much greater support than you would typically receive working directly for a school district. Having worked in school districts ourselves, believe us– we know about these differences firsthand! While this is a School Contractor position, it is a W-2 Employee position with great benefits, provided by us. We contract with the school district and you would be an employee of Radiant Kids Therapy.
Requirements / Qualifications
Master’s Degree in speech-language pathology. Experience in a pediatric setting is preferred. Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain immunizations (TB) valid within the last year. Maintain current CA Board License and additional requirements related to license renewal such as completing Continuing Education courses. Valid Driver’s License, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Virtual providers are exempt from this requirement. Ability to travel to school sites and/or clinics.
