Redondo Beach Unified School District is seeking a Mathematics & Science Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) to support high-quality teaching and learning across TK–12 schools. This unique 60/40 role allows the selected candidate to continue classroom teaching while also serving as a districtwide instructional leader. The TOSA will coach teachers, lead professional development, and support the implementation of math and science curriculum at the elementary and secondary levels. This position plays a key role in analyzing student data, strengthening instructional practices, and ensuring equitable outcomes for all students. The TOSA will also oversee innovative programs such as GATE, Robotics, and Invention Convention, helping to expand STEM opportunities across the district. Ideal candidates are collaborative leaders with strong instructional expertise and a passion for supporting both teachers and students. This is a 190-day work year calendar.
