Job Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Adult and Career Technology Education, provide an educational program and teach one or more classes of Information Technology to adults; develop, implement and present lesson plans according to established curriculum standards and requirements. Specifically looking for someone to teach Microsoft Office. The current vacancy is for Summer Term - July 1 - September 30, 2026 Microsoft Office - 3 hours/day 2 eves/week - T/TH (5:30 - 8:30 PM)

Requirements / Qualifications

Candidates must possess: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: bachelor’s degree, graduate courses needed to meet credential requirements, verification of subject matter competence, and/or holding one or more of various Information Technology certifications (i.e. CompTIA A+, CCNA, MTA, etc.). LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid Career Technical Education California Teaching Credential that authorizes instruction to Adult Education students, or willingness to obtain one.
