Job Summary
Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, the Director of Special Education plans, organizes, and oversees the District’s special education programs and student support services. The position provides leadership and support to school sites in the areas of special education compliance, IEP implementation, staff supervision, program development, student services, and collaboration with families, SELPA, and community agencies to ensure equitable and effective services for students with disabilities.

Certifications: California Administrative Credential California Special Education Credential Masters degree from an accredited college or university preferred School site or central office experience preferred Required documents: Edjoin Certificated Application Resume Letter of Introduction Letters of Recommendation (3)
