Requirements / Qualifications
This position is open only to in-house classified staff who are currently employed with Hollister School District. External applicants will not be considered at this time. Any combination of training and experience which would indicate possession the knowledge, skills and abilities listed herein. - High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalency - Operate a variety of simple office equipment. - Knowledge of: School rules, regulations and time schedules District policy and administrative regulations Child growth, development and discipline.
Completion of four years of high school. Prefer individual with special training in child and youth work and at least one year of school experience working as a recreation leader, playground supervisor, or an equivalent combination of such training and experience. Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Working knowledge of problems, attributable to child growth, development, and care. Basic outdoor games and rules of play. First aide methods and procedures.
