Job Summary
The Behavior Interventionist Assistant (BIA) is assigned to a classroom and has a caseload of up to 12 students. The BIA works with classroom staff focusing on the role of behavior analysis; assists in the implementation of behavioral, academic, and social programs that address the needs of the special education students. Position requires a current RBT certification.
Requirements / Qualifications
Registered Behavior Technician Certification (Training and Exam) required Resume 2-3 current references Letter of introduction outlining behavioral experience
Must have experience working with special needs students in a classroom setting. All candidates are required to submit to pre-hire screening including: DOJ and BFI fingerprinting, drug test, and we require a current TB test.
