Imagine Schools Riverside County (ISRC) is seeking a student-centered and equity-driven Dean of Students to support a positive school culture focused on academic excellence, character development, social-emotional learning, and student accountability within a dual-language educational environment. The Dean of Students will actively support ISRC’s commitment to student and family engagement by fostering strong communication with both English and Spanish speaking students and families. The Dean serves as a visible campus leader responsible for student behavior systems, restorative practices, attendance interventions, student supervision, and culture-building initiatives. The position collaborates closely with administrators, teachers, counselors, families, and support staff to ensure consistent implementation of school expectations and behavioral supports.
