Under supervision of the principal, and as directed by a certificated employee, to assist in performing a variety of instructional activities as a part of a physical education team in support of a comprehensive physical education program at the elementary level; perform a variety of clerical tasks; and to do related work as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
You may be interviewed by various schools but will only be hired to work at one school. MUST ATTACH PROOF OF: - Passing the CBEST, or - Having completed two years of college (48 units), or - An AA degree or higher, or - Must have passed the District proficiency exam in mathematics, reading, and writing prior to the job posting closing date, if you are using this for education requirements. Testing information is available at the following link: https://www.svusd.org/departments/human-resources/instructional-assistants MUST ATTACH PROOF OF: - District approved First Aid and CPR certificates(can't be online training, must be done in person or blended)- This must be completed before you apply or you won't be screened in for an interview.
