Job Summary
The Fiscal Systems Technician supports the operation and improvement of financial and payroll systems within YCOE and its school districts. This role assists with system development, maintenance, and user support. Responsibilities include processing payroll and vendor payments, supporting compliance reporting, maintaining user accounts and system security, and providing training to staff on fiscal applications. The position also involves troubleshooting system issues, assisting with data reporting, and helping develop efficient procedures and workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and able to communicate effectively while managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Associate’s degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field. • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. • Three years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
