Job Summary
**Attention: This position is to begin with the 2026-2027 school year. Under the supervision of the Superintendent or designee, works with school site administration and School Psychologists to implement the District’s prescribed education program for students with learning impairments encompassing basic learning skills, basic subject skills, social competence, vocational preparation and emotional security. The teacher will ensure that all aspects of a student’s Individual Education Plan are fulfilled. These services will be provided to Kindergarten to 5th grade students who meet state criteria for eligibility to participate in such a program as determined by the School Assessment Team.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher including all courses necessary to meet State Credential requirements Appropriate credential for the grade level/subject CLAD or comparable certification Successful student teaching assignment with accredited college or university
