POSITION DESCRIPTION: Under general supervision, the Facilities Technician plays a vital role in supporting the operations and community life of our DK–8 school. This position ensures the campus is clean, safe, and prepared for school activities and events by performing a wide range of custodial, maintenance, and repair tasks. Responsibilities include routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs across campus—as well as general cleaning and event setup and breakdown. This role helps create a welcoming and well-maintained environment for students, families, faculty, and guests. REPORTS TO: Facilities and Operations Manager RESPONSIBILITIES: Event & School Support Set up and break down classrooms, meeting rooms, and outdoor spaces for school events such as parent meetings, performances, and community gatherings. Arrange furniture, A/V equipment, signage, and other materials as needed. Provide on-site logistical support during events and assist with troubleshooting as necessary.
