Job Summary
Part-time (.7 FTE) position consisting of 18.75 hours in the Mental Health & Wellness Program Assistant role combined with 7.5 hours in the Student Data Analyst role at the District Office. This Program Assistant portion of the position supports the Director and Associate Manager of Mental Health & Wellness, along with the broader team, in a variety of administrative and programmatic functions, including but not limited to CYBHI billing implementation, data tracking, communications, and overall program operations. The School Data Assistant portion of the position supports the Middle College program.
Requirements / Qualifications
> Cover Letter > Resume Qualifications - Education/Training Experience: For Mental Health and Wellness Program Assistant - High school diploma or equivalent supplemented by coursework in office systems and administration. - Two years of experience working in an educational setting or clerical position. - Bilingual and literate in Spanish preferred. - Strong skills in technology (knowledge and skill with Google Suite Applications, Aeries, CANVAS, SEIS and other educational technology applications). For Student Data Analyst: - Two-year degree and/or equivalent experience. - Three years of working in a leadership role/experience in an educational environment desirable.
