Job Summary
Presentation High School in San Jose, California, is seeking a part-time ASL instructor to join the Modern Language Department for the 2026-2027 school year. Currently, we offer American Sign Language 1 & 2 through virtual, partially synchronous instruction. In 2026-2027, we plan to transition to in-person instruction for ASL 1, 2, and 3. We are looking for an experienced, innovative teacher who is eager to build this program with us.
Requirements / Qualifications
B.A. degree Single-subject teaching credential or Master's Degree in the subject area, preferred Relevant teaching experience, preferably 5 or more years at the high school level Experience teaching neurodiverse students and familiarity with Universal Design for Learning is a plus
