K–8 Physical Education Teacher (Part-Time) St. Anselm Catholic School St. Anselm Catholic School is seeking a positive, energetic, and student-centered Physical Education Teacher to join our school community. This is a part-time position, three days per week, serving students in Kindergarten through 8th Grade. The ideal candidate will foster a love of movement, teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy living while supporting the mission and values of Catholic education. Position Details Position: K–8 Physical Education Teacher Schedule: 3 days per week Compensation: $30-$50 per hour based on the Archdiocese of San Francisco Salary Scale Start Date: August 2026 Responsibilities Plan and teach engaging and age-appropriate PE lessons for students in kindergarten through 8th Grade Promote physical fitness, teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy habits Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment Organize games, activities, and fitness units that encourage participation and skill development Supervise students during PE classes and related activities Communicate effectively with teachers, administration, and families Maintain equipment and ensure safety procedures are followed Support the mission and Catholic values of St. Anselm School
Requirements / Qualifications
