6th Grade Language Arts & Literature Teacher (Part-Time) St. Anselm Catholic School St. Anselm Catholic School is seeking a dynamic, faith-filled, and engaging part-time 6th Grade Language Arts & Literature Teacher to join our middle school team. The ideal candidate is passionate about reading, writing, and critical thinking, and is committed to fostering a love of literature in a supportive Catholic school environment. Position Details Position: Part-Time 6th Grade Language Arts & Literature Teacher Schedule: Part-Time, 5 days per week Compensation: $30–$60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Start Date: TBD Responsibilities Teach 6th grade language arts and literature curriculum Develop engaging lessons in reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, writing, and literary analysis Foster strong writing skills through narrative, expository, and research-based assignments Encourage classroom discussion, collaboration, and critical thinking Differentiate instruction to support a variety of learning styles and student needs Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment Communicate effectively with parents, students, and colleagues Collaborate with middle school faculty and administration Integrate Catholic values and teachings into the classroom community
Requirements / Qualifications
