Job Summary
The School Registrar / CALPADS Administrator / SIS Coordinator helps manage student enrollment, records, transcripts, and graduation documents. This person also makes sure the school reports accurate information to the state through CALPADS. In addition, the role oversees the Student Information System (SIS) and supports staff who use it. To do this job well, the person must be a self-starter, organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about California school data requirements. On-site training will be provided for the first year in this position.
