Richmond College Prep is seeking dedicated, flexible, and student-centered Substitute Teachers to support classroom instruction in the absence of the regular teacher. Substitute Teachers play a critical role in maintaining continuity of learning and upholding RCP’s high expectations for academic achievement, behavior, and school culture. Key Responsibilities: Deliver lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher Maintain a structured, safe, and positive classroom environment Implement classroom management systems aligned with RCP expectations Support students in completing assigned work and staying engaged Provide supervision during transitions, recess, and lunch as needed Communicate effectively with school staff regarding the day’s activities and any concerns Uphold all school policies and procedures Contact parents when needed
