Job Summary

The Student Support Manager is primarily responsible for promoting student achievement through continuous development, monitoring, and implementation of the Student Support Plan. Element Education is known for making a meaningful impact and creating a learning environment where every student can thrive. Through collaboration with educators, families, and support staff, the Student Support Manager creates, leads, and strengthens systems to ensure every student gets the resources, interventions, and guidance they need to succeed.
