Job Summary

Golden Valley Charter Schools is seeking a collaborative and student-centered Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our school community in a part-time capacity. This role is an opportunity to make a direct and meaningful impact by helping students overcome behavioral barriers to learning while supporting teachers and staff with effective, research-based strategies. As a Waldorf-inspired charter school, we value a whole-child approach, and we are looking for a BCBA who can balance data-driven practices with relationship-centered support. Primary Responsibilities -Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs -Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) -Provide consultation and coaching to teachers and instructional staff -Support IEP and 504 teams with behavior goals and interventions -Analyze behavioral data and adjust strategies to support student success -Collaborate with families and outside service providers -Provide training and guidance on positive behavior supports and strategies -Maintain accurate and confidential documentation -Support compliance with state and federal special education regulations Skills & Qualifications -Active BCBA certification (required) -Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field -Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting -Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions -Excellent collaboration and communication skills -Ability to work independently in a flexible, part-time role -Commitment to supporting diverse learners and inclusive practices Why Join Golden Valley Charter Schools? -Flexible, part-time schedule -Collaborative and supportive school environment -Opportunity to make a meaningful impact across classrooms -Work within a Waldorf-inspired, whole-child educational model -Partner closely with teachers and leadership to support student success
