Job Summary
Oversees, supervises, and participates in daily center operations. Serves as the on-site designated administrative authority for the Department of Social Services, for licensing purposes. Carries out scheduled Child Development Teacher duties and ensures adequate staff coverage at all times. Monitors classroom operations for preschoolers, as well as for children under three years of age, to ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment. Supports local management of center facility, procurement, and inventory activities. Supports local Center Committee activities.
Requirements / Qualifications
ASSOCIATE'S DEGREE IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION or RELATED FIELD VALID SITE SUPERVISOR CHILD DEVELOPMENT PERMIT OR ECE COURSE WORK IN CORE SUBJECTS TO QUALIFY FOR TEACHER PERMIT BILINGUAL PREFERRED (SPANISH/ENGLISH) COMPLETED EDJOIN APPLICATION COVER LETTER RESUME THREE LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION COPY OF SITE SUPERVISOR CHILD DEVELOPMENT PERMIT TRANSCRIPTS OF COURSEWORK REFLECTING ECE/CD
