Environmental Charter Schools is seeking a mission-aligned and highly organized Camp ECMS Director to oversee the planning, compliance, and operations of our Middle School Summer Program at both ECMS campuses. The Director is responsible for ensuring that Camp ECMS is well-staffed, fully enrolled, and compliant with ELOP grant requirements. This leadership role includes managing student registration and attendance, supporting hiring and HR-related processes, tracking the summer budget, and responding to escalated student behavior or program issues. The Camp ECMS Director plays a key role in ensuring the program fosters inclusive, joyful, and engaging learning environments across both campuses. Through collaborative leadership, culturally responsive systems, and a commitment to continuous learning, the Director supports the development of a program culture where all students and staff feel seen, supported, and empowered. This is an ideal position for a systems-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings strong communication, compliance, and program management skills to the work.
