We are seeking a reliable and engaging Long-Term Substitute Teacher to support our middle school Science and Agriculture program. This position includes teaching science lessons and leading students in hands-on garden activities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both in the classroom and outdoors, and can effectively manage student behavior in an active garden setting. Responsibilities include: Teaching science and agriculture lessons (plans provided) Supervising and engaging students in the school garden Supporting basic garden maintenance and organization Maintaining a safe, structured, and positive learning environment Preferred: Experience working with middle school students Interest or experience in gardening, agriculture, or outdoor learning Strong classroom management skills
