Job Summary
Under direction, provides college and career readiness services to high school students while supporting Coastline ROP programs and pathways. The College & Career Specialist assists students in exploring career options, planning postsecondary pathways, and accessing work-based learning opportunities. The position serves as a liaison between the high school, Coastline ROP, postsecondary institutions, and industry partners. Direct supervision is provided by the high school’s designated ROP contact person, with program oversight from the ROP Manager, Student Services.
