REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: •Master’s Degree in School Psychology, Special Education, or a related field preferred. •Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an education leadership role. •Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Special Education. •Experience working with all disabling categories, with advanced training in assessing autism, emotional disturbance, and specific learning disabilities. •Working with students in various educational settings—middle and high school comprehensive, alternative, and non-public school settings. •Delivering/demonstrating evidence-based practices for specific special education programs—collaborative, mild- moderate, moderate-severe, categorical, and non-categorical placements.

New three-year collective bargaining agreement.
Effective 7.1.2025:
2025-2026: Salary schedule increase of 2% and a 2% off-schedule payment at year-end
2026–2027: Salary schedule increase of 60% of the statutory funded COLA, plus any funded ongoing augmentations as provided in the State Budget Act; 2% off-schedule payment at year-end.
2027–2028: Salary schedule increase of 50% of the statutory funded COLA, plus any funded ongoing augmentations as provided in the State Budget Act; 2% off-schedule payment at year-end
