Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Elementary Learning and Achievement, the ELOP/ASES Program Supervisor supervises, oversees and evaluates ASES/FLEX staff, plans and aligns program activities with the District TK-8 curriculum, which works to help support the District’s student performance standards. Conducts staff onboarding, coordinates and facilitates professional development for ELOP/FLEX staff. Ensures compliance with education code, district policy and procedures. Maintains fiscal records, accounts and exudes district audit standards are met. Acts as a District liaison with ELOP/FLEX parents, and other County programs.
Requirements / Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Four years experience working with children in an organized or learning environment including some experience conducting educational program activities. Education can be substituted for experience. Incumbents must meet requirements specified under Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA): Have the equivalent of two years of college completion or an AA degree OR Pass a Paraprofessional Exam offered by Santa Cruz City Schools Licenses and other Requirements: Valid California Class C Driver’s License.
