Learn more about us at https://learn4life.org/ How You Will Make an Impact The District Expanded Learning Opportunities DELO Programs Office Technician supports education and administration staff in creating and maintaining files for student work. This position will organize, retrieve, and review documents for accuracy, and report findings to management. This position will perform functions of data input, correspondence, and communication, and maintain a student tracking spreadsheet. This position reports to DELO Programs Manager or designee.

Requirements / Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma 1-2 years clerical/administrative experience in an office setting preferred. Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Sheets. Sending and receiving emails in web-based applications. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 10lbs.
