Job Summary
The Director of Human Resources directs and coordinates all human resource activities for the District. The scope of the position includes all personnel functions related to the recruitment, screening, testing, selection, evaluation and retention of certificated and classified personnel. The Director works closely with administrators, supervisors and directors to ensure that the District hires, trains, and retains outstanding employees who are dedicated to academic excellence for all students.
