The Academy of Our Lady of Peace is currently accepting applications for a JV Soccer Head Coach for the upcoming season. This is a seasonal coaching position within a competitive CIF girls' soccer program. We are looking for a coach who is passionate about developing players at the foundational level while creating a positive and inclusive team culture. This role is essential in introducing student-athletes to the program and preparing them for future success within OLP Soccer. Length of Work Year: Seasonal – Winter Sport Essential qualities include: Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals and player development Ability to teach and motivate beginner to intermediate athletes Commitment to teamwork, sportsmanship, and character building Strong communication and organizational skills Alignment with the mission and values of OLP Athletics Additional Expectations: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for all student-athletes Support academic balance while maintaining athletic expectations Communicate effectively with players, families, and administration Collaborate with the soccer program staff to ensure long-term development Adhere to CIF guidelines and school policies Qualifications: Prior soccer coaching experience preferred Strong understanding of skill development and team concepts Ability to positively impact and mentor female student-athletes

The Academy of Our Lady of Peace is looking to fill a high school coaching position. We are looking for someone dedicated to developing the program and building it for future seasons. A minimum of three years of high school coaching or equivalent experience is preferred. This is a seasonal stipend position.
Requirements / Qualifications
Applicants must submit a cover letter, resume, and two professional references from current or former supervisors. Candidates must also provide official transcripts, a current negative TB test result or TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire, complete required training, and successfully complete Livescan fingerprinting. Employment is contingent upon obtaining fingerprint clearance from the California Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
