POSITION SUMMARY: The Curriculum Coordinator – STEM supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of STEM curriculum and instructional practices across the organization. The role collaborates with leadership and instructional staff to ensure alignment with California content standards, promote effective instructional strategies, and support student achievement. The position serves as a content resource for STEM curriculum, providing guidance, training, and support to teachers, parents, and staff. The Curriculum Coordinator applies professional judgment to evaluate curriculum resources, support instructional planning, and contribute to data-informed decision-making. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while supporting consistent and high-quality curriculum practices in alignment with the organization’s Guiding Principles.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: - Application - Current Resume - Letter of Interest - Copy of Transcript - Credential Copy (Proof of a valid Teaching Credential is required.) Applications not accompanied with the above required materials will not be considered. Applications will be reviewed as they are received. To be considered for hire, candidates must meet the minimum requirements including a successful interview and successful reference checks. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of Tuberculosis (TB) tests every four years; and passing the relevant Department of Justice (DOJ) background review.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Education: Bachelor’s degree. - Credentials/Certifications: Valid California teaching credential required. - Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of teaching or related instructional experience, including experience with curriculum development, instructional planning, or STEM-related content areas.
